Acadia is Miami at its most alive — sunlight on herringbone oak floors, salt air drifting through open windows, and the quiet electricity of a city that never fully stills. Set 100 metres from Biscayne Bay and a ten-minute drive from the shore, it sits at the precise point where beach ease and urban sophistication converge.
The architecture is rooted in Miami's Art Deco heritage — generous proportions, clean geometry, warm materials — refined through a modern lens that feels genuinely lived in rather than staged. Rounded bouclé seating, a statement bookcase wall in deep burgundy, a chevron floor that catches the afternoon light. Every detail was chosen for how it feels, not how it photographs.
Three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, 1,800 square feet of considered space. Mornings here begin slowly — light through linen curtains, strong coffee, the sound of the bay.
